Roles and Responsibilities :
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable real estate solutions.
- Prepare and deliver detailed presentations, proposals, and cost estimates.
- Conduct site visits, meetings, and one-on-one discussions with prospects and channel partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and partners.
- Analyze market trends, competitor projects, and pricing to support positioning.
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to develop winning strategies.
- Negotiate terms and support the sales team in closing high-value deals.
- Provide regular updates on pipeline, forecast, and key opportunities.
Job Requirements :
- 4-8 years of experience in presales or a related field
- Solid understanding of the local market trends and regulations in the real estate industry.
- Excellent presentation skills, including proposal preparation and negotiation techniques.
