About the role
We carry uptime contracts with customers. Youll own the discipline that keeps us honest: SLOs, error budgets, post-mortems, paging policy.
Youll own
- Multi-region observability Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, structured logs.
- The on-call rotation, runbooks, and incident-command training.
- Terraform / Pulumi infra-as-code review + change-management discipline.
You probably have
- Run on-call for a multi-region production system.
- Robust opinions about pager fatigue and SLO discipline.
- A favourite Charity Majors blog post.
