Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and analytical Trainee / Executive in Planning & MIS to support planning, budgeting, MIS reporting, and financial analysis for our Transmission & Distribution (T&D;) business. The role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to generate meaningful business insights through data.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Support project planning, budgeting, and financial analysis.
- Monitor project performance against budgets and timelines.
- Analyze project costs, revenue, and profitability.
- Develop dashboards and reports for management review.
- Coordinate with project, finance, and business teams for data collection and reporting.
- Ensure data accuracy and timely submission of reports.
- Support forecasting, variance analysis, and business planning activities.




- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation in MIS reporting.

Eligibility Criteria

- Education: (FULL TIME)
- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
- Full-time MBA (Finance)

- Experience:

- 02 years of relevant experience in Planning, MIS, Financial Analysis, or Project Controls.

Preferred Skills

- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced), PowerPoint, and MIS reporting.
- Knowledge of budgeting, financial analysis, and project planning.
- Basic understanding of ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
