Role & responsibilities

- The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Accounts Payable, proficiency in accounting systems, strong analytical skills, and the motivation to contribute to an accurate, high-quality, and effective monthly, quarterly, and annual close and financial reporting process.
- Posting Invoices & passing correct GL & preparing month end report & Statement Matching
- Prepare account reconciliations and schedules as needed.
- Investigate and resolve variances or discrepancies.
- Provide support to other teams across the company, including on special projects.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, or Economics required.

• Minimum of 2+ years of relevant accounting experience.

• Experience with ERP systems (preferably Oracle or SAP).

• Working knowledge of US Accounts Payable & other additional activities

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, SUMIF, and Pivot Tables.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Prior exposure to Life Sciences / Healthcare / Pharma industry is preferred

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
