Roles& Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Dell PowerEdge Rack & Tower Servers.
- Diagnose and replace server hardware components such as HDD/SSD, RAM, CPU, Power Supply, RAID Controller, NIC, and Motherboard.
- Configure and troubleshoot RAID using Dell PERC Controllers.
- Perform BIOS and firmware upgrades using Dell tools.
- Install and support Windows Server and Linux operating systems.
- Configure and troubleshoot iDRAC for remote server management.
- Perform server health checks, preventive maintenance, and hardware diagnostics.
- Troubleshoot hardware failures, boot issues, and performance-related problems.
- Coordinate with Dell OEM Support for warranty cases and spare replacement.
- Update ITSM tickets and maintain service documentation.




- Provide onsite support for server maintenance, upgrades, and incident resolution

Preferred candidate profile

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
- 23 years of hands-on experience supporting Dell Enterprise Servers.
- Experience in enterprise data center environments.
- Positive knowledge of Dell PowerEdge Servers, RAID, iDRAC, Windows Server, and Linux.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently in SLA-driven environments.
