Role & responsibilities

Lead Electrical Safety Excellence
Drive a robust safety culture by implementing best practices, ensuring compliance with electrical safety standards, minimizing risks, and creating a safe working environment across the plant.

Ensure Reliable Plant Operations
Manage electrical maintenance across the TBR (Truck & Bus Radial) and PCR (Passenger Car Radial) production lines, ensuring maximum equipment uptime, reduced breakdowns, improved energy efficiency, and minimal production losses.

Drive High-Impact Electrical Projects
Lead and execute critical electrical and automation projects, including PLC upgrades, motor replacements, infrastructure improvements, and modernization initiatives to enhance plant performance and productivity.

Champion Continuous Improvement
Identify and implement Quality Improvement Projects (QIPs) that enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, improve process reliability, and contribute to overall business growth.





Lead & Develop High-Performing Teams
Guide, mentor, and inspire the electrical maintenance team by fostering collaboration, encouraging innovation, and building a culture of ownership, learning, and continuous development

Preferred candidate profile

Experience in Electrical Maintenance within a manufacturing plant
Hands-on experience with 4 Roll Calendar & Extruder machines (Mandatory)
Strong knowledge of Rockwell PLC, Siemens PLC & VFD/Drives (Mandatory)
Experience in leading a maintenance team
Tyre industry preferred (Candidates from Steel, Chemical, Paint or other process industries can also apply)
