Your Day-to-day Work Will Involve

- Comprehensive Data Collection & Research: Conduct deep-dive searches to extract relevant information from multiple public records, official sources, and databases across India.

- Data Verification & Validation: Perform rigorous checks to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and authenticity of all captured information.

- Background Verification (BGV): Initiate verification procedures, coordinating with previous employers and SPOCs to ensure smooth and timely closure.

- Omni-channel Follow-ups: Proactively follow up through both calls and emails to resolve pending cases and clear bottlenecks.

- Database Management: Maintain and update internal databases with structured, high-quality information gathered through your research.

- Critical Thinking: The ability to understand and interpret complex data based on specific requirements,



rather than just following a checklist.

- Attention to Detail: An uncompromising "eye for detail" to ensure every piece of data is validated and error-free.

- Strong Organizational Skills: The discipline to manage multiple processes, prioritize (and reprioritize) tasks, and meet strict daily targets.

- Communication: Good English communication skills (written and verbal) for qualified coordination and follow-ups.

- Technical Proficiency: Basic knowledge of MS Word & Excel and in-depth knowledge of the internet and advanced search engines.

- Adaptability: A "360-degree" mindset—comfortable moving between non-calling analytical work and active calling/coordination as needed.
