Key Responsibilities

Position: CSR Educator / NGO Field Executive

Location UP

- Conduct teaching sessions for students as per the curriculum.

- Prepare lesson plans and learning materials.

- Monitor student attendance, participation, and academic progress.

- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning setting.

- Organize and conduct CSR activities, awareness campaigns, and community engagement programs.

- Coordinate with schools, local communities, and project stakeholders.

- Support planning and execution of CSR initiatives and events.

- Maintain records, reports, photographs, and documentation of activities.

- Submit periodic progress reports to the reporting manager.

- Assist in mobilizing beneficiaries and ensuring active participation in CSR programs.

- Conduct assessments and collect feedback to measure program effectiveness.

- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and project guidelines.

- Travel to project locations whenever required.

Desired Qualification





- Graduate in any discipline (Education/Social Work preferred).

- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) .

- Graduation in any relevant discipline.

- Good knowledge of English and Mathematics .

- 15 years of experience in teaching, NGO, or CSR projects.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Ability to work with communities, schools, and diverse stakeholders.

- Willingness to travel to field locations.
