The Role

Discover Resorts is looking for a closer someone who can walk a family through a property, read the room, and turn a resort tour into a signed contract. You'll work within a 10-member wedding sales team, but the numbers next to your name will be your own. If you thrive on quota, know how to handle objections in the room, and can close a high value deal over a food tasting, this role is built for you.

Role & responsibilities

- Own the Close Meet wedding families in office, host a curated food tasting, and turn every tour into a signed deal not a "we'll think about it."
- Convert, Don't Chase Walk into pre-scheduled, warm visits from our call centre team. No cold leads — just close.
- Chase the Streak — Hit your monthly number and help extend a 30-month streak of 6–7 closed weddings, every single month.
- Negotiate Like a Pro — Close wedding budgets with confidence, structuring deals that win for both the family and the resort.




- Turn Clients into Advocates — Work with the operations team to deliver an unforgettable experience that keeps families coming back — and sending their friends your way.
- Stay Ahead of the Game — Track what competitors are pitching and price, so your quotations always come out on top.

Preferred candidate profile

- 2+ years crushing sales targets in weddings, events, or hospitality
- A closer with real muscle — you've sealed multi-crore wedding deals and run high-end events start to finish
- Fluent in Hindi & English; Gujarati, Marwari, or Sindhi is a big plus
- Persuasive, confident, and unstoppable when negotiating face-to-face
- Obsessed with numbers — you live for your conversion rate and know how to move it
- Age: Below 40 preferred.
