Job Title: Marketing Manager – Event Management

Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years in Event Marketing

With a solid portfolio and trusted client base, we are expanding our reach and looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to drive growth and bring in current corporate clients across South India. Key Responsibilities:

Identify, source, and acquire new corporate clients across Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, and Bengaluru.

Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to expand the company’s client base.

Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients through effective communication and regular follow-ups.

Present, pitch, and convincingly promote event solutions tailored to client needs.

Conduct market research to understand industry trends, client expectations, and emerging opportunities.

Perform competitor analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and positioning strategies.

Collaborate with internal teams (creative, operations, production) to deliver customized proposals and successful event execution.

Represent the company at networking events, business meetings, and industry forums.





Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.

Maintain a database of leads, client interactions, and sales pipelines.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong client acquisition and negotiation skills.

Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Proven ability to convince and convert leads into long-term clients.

In-depth understanding of the event management and corporate marketing landscape.

Strategic thinking with strong analytical and market research skills.

Ability to work independently and drive results.

Willingness to travel extensively across assigned regions. Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree (UG) is mandatory.

Postgraduate Degree (PG) in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is an added advantage.
