Role Description The ERPNext Functional role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kozhikode. The role involves gathering and analyzing business requirements, mapping them to ERPNext functionalities, and configuring modules such as sales, purchase, inventory, accounts, HR, and projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with business stakeholders to design efficient workflows, performing functional testing of new features and configurations, and supporting integration between ERPNext and other business applications.

The role also includes preparing functional documentation, training end users, coordinating with technical teams on customizations,



and providing ongoing support to ensure smooth system adoption and performance.

Qualifications

Strong Analytical Skills to understand business needs, interpret data, and translate requirements into ERPNext solutions.

Effective Communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders, documenting processes, and delivering user training.

Solid understanding of Business Process design and optimization, preferably across finance, operations, and HR workflows.

Experience in Functional Testing of ERP modules, including test case creation, execution, and defect documentation.

Knowledge of Integration concepts for connecting ERPNext with external tools or platforms, working closely with technical teams.

Hands-on experience with ERPNext or similar ERP systems in a functional or consulting capacity.

Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, engineering, information systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Ability to work on-site in Kozhikode, manage multiple assignments, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced workplace.

Proficiency in basic SQL or reporting tools, and familiarity with project management or agile methodologies is an advantage.
