Key Skills:

- ERP deployment and implementation experience such as Odoo, SAP, Zoho, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365
- System and Process Understanding
- Implementation and Training
- Business Process analysis and design

Key Responsibilities:

- Processing documents outlining workflows, Procedures, best practices related to ERP implementation, create and edit documents using Microsoft word with high quality and professional content.
- Collaborating with cross functional team for information to ensure accuracy in process documents and developing presentation in PowerPoints for various business purposes.




- Drafting user manual for ERP systems for end users and work closely with stakeholders to understand user needs and incorporate feedback into user manual revisions.
- Designing, Conducting and Evaluating training of ERP to Internal Employees and addressing queries and assisting in problem resolution.
- Managing data using advance features in Microsoft excel for data analysis, reporting, spreadsheet and maintaining databases within Excel.
- Ensuring accurate and timely entry of data into various systems and databases, integrity and
- Collaborating with teams to conduct testing on software systems and applications and reporting any identified issues or bugs for resolution.
- Providing ongoing support to employees, addressing queries and troubleshooting issues.
- Collaborating with IT and other departments to resolve operational issues promptly.
- Carrying out any other tasks assigned by Reporting Manager
