Job Title : NetSuite ERP Administrator

Job Type : Full time / Contract

Experience : 8-15 years

Location : Hyderabad, Telangana

Responsibilities:

- Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP Administration.
- Expertise in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, Saved Searches, Dashboards, Custom Records, and Forms.
- Experience with NetSuite data management, imports/exports, and CSV integrations.
- Proficiency in SuiteScript for customization and automation.
- Familiarity with SuiteAnalytics and NetSuite reporting capabilities.
- Knowledge of ERP business processes including Finance, Procurement, Order Management, and Inventory Management.
- Administer and maintain the NetSuite ERP platform, ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability.
- Configure NetSuite to meet evolving business requirements, including custom forms, fields, records, dashboards, and workflows.
- Develop and maintain customizations using SuiteScript and automate business processes with SuiteFlow.
- Manage user accounts, roles,



permissions, and security policies while ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
- Develop and maintain technical and functional documentation, including system configurations and standard operating procedures.
- Create and maintain Saved Searches, Reports, KPIs, and Dashboards to support business decision-making.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolutions with internal teams and NetSuite support.
- Support ERP upgrades, new feature releases, testing, and deployment activities.
- Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Sales, Operations, and other business teams to gather requirements and implement system enhancements.

Qualification:

- Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
