Key Responsibilities

- Design and deliver sales training programs for new and existing employees.
- Conduct induction and onboarding training for newly joined sales staff.
- Train employees on products, services, pricing, and company policies.
- Develop sales techniques such as prospecting, lead generation, negotiation, objection handling, and closing skills.
- Conduct role plays, simulations, and practical sales exercises.
- Assess training needs through performance analysis and feedback.
- Prepare training calendars, lesson plans, presentations, and training materials.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through tests, quizzes, observations, and performance metrics.
- Coach and mentor sales employees to improve their field performance.
- Monitor individual and team sales performance and recommend improvement plans.
- Collaborate with Sales Managers to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training programs.
- Train employees on CRM systems, sales tools, and reporting procedures.
- Maintain training records, attendance, certifications, and reports.




- Organize refresher training sessions whenever recent products or processes are introduced.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, ethical sales practices, and customer service guidelines.
- Provide regular feedback and recommendations to management on training outcomes.
- Support employee development, career growth, and succession planning within the sales team.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and modern sales methodologies.
