Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage SAP ERP implementations from planning to go-live, ensuring successful project delivery on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements, develop solutions, and implement licensing agreements for software applications.
- Provide technical guidance to junior team members on SAP implementation best practices, troubleshooting issues, and resolving customer complaints.
- Develop strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional service, addressing concerns promptly, and delivering tailored solutions.

Job Requirements :

- 10-15 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with expertise in SAP ERP implementation.
- Robust understanding of licensing agreements for various software applications used in industrial automation systems.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from start to finish using Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum).
- In-depth knowledge of SAP implementation tools such as ABAP programming language.
