Job Summary
Berry Developers is looking for a dedicated and technically proficient IT Support Executive to provide hardware and software support across the organization. The ideal candidate should have 25 years of experience in the real estate industry and be capable of troubleshooting IT issues, maintaining computer systems, and ensuring uninterrupted IT operations.
Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware issues related to computers, printers, storage devices, and networking equipment.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, Outlook, antivirus software, and other business applications.
- Provide technical support to end users for hardware, software, email, and network-related issues.
- Configure and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and internet connectivity.
- Install and maintain biometric attendance systems, CCTV systems, and IP phones.
- Configure email accounts, printers, shared folders, and network drives.
- Perform regular system updates, software installations, security patches, and antivirus management.
- Ensure regular data backup and assist in data recovery whenever required.
- Maintain IT asset inventory, software licenses, and warranty records.
- Coordinate with external vendors for hardware repairs, AMC services,



and software support.
- Support ERP, CRM, and other business applications used by the company.
- Set up IT infrastructure for new employees, offices, and project sites.
- Maintain documentation of IT assets, service requests, and issue resolution logs.
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and maintain confidentiality of company information.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, BCA, B.Tech, Diploma in Computer Hardware & Networking, or a related field.
- 12 years of experience in hardware and software support within a real estate company is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Outlook, networking, hardware troubleshooting, and peripheral devices.
- Basic understanding of Active Directory, Microsoft 365, CCTV, biometric systems, routers, and switches.
- Experience in supporting ERP/CRM applications will be an added advantage.
