We are looking for a highly driven and detail-oriented Entrepreneur in Residence to work closely with the Founder and leadership team. This role is a blend of strategy, operations, problem-solving, and execution. You will wear multiple hats, own high-impact projects, and ensure the smooth functioning of day-to-day priorities across the organization.

NOTE: This is a 6 days, work from office (Hyderabad) role, working in US Shift timings (6:30pm to 3:30am)

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Projects & Execution - Own cross-functional initiatives from brief to done - research, synthesize insights, and drive timely, accountable progress across the org.
- Business Operations - Map, improve, and systematize workflows. Build and maintain dashboards and performance reports for leadership.
- Founder Support - Manage priorities, draft communications and decks, and represent the Founder in key discussions, turning decisions into transparent next steps.




- Problem Solving & Analysis - Break ambiguous problems into structured, data-backed plans.
- Stakeholder Management - Keep internal teams, partners, and external stakeholders tight and aligned with full discretion.

Who fits:

1.Fresh graduate or early career (0–2 years) from IIT, NIT, BITS, or equivalent.

2.Any discipline is welcome - engineering, math, economics, CS. Analytical mindset is what matters

3,You think in systems, communicate crisply, and don't wait to be told twice

4.Comfortable with ambiguity - you create structure where there isn't any

5.Prior exposure to consulting, product, ops, or finance is a plus, not a must
