Angroos Gifts Boutique is looking for a proactive, customer-focused, and well-organized Enquiry Management & Client Follow-up Executive to handle customer enquiries, prepare quotations, follow up with clients, and convert enquiries into confirmed orders. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.

Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries received through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, website, Instagram, Facebook, and walk-in customers.
- Respond to all customer enquiries promptly, professionally, and courteously.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products, gift hampers, and gifting solutions based on their budget and occasion.
- Explain product features, customization options, branding services, pricing, and delivery timelines.
- Prepare and send quotations to customers.
- Follow up regularly with customers to convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
- Maintain regular follow-up with existing and previous customers to generate repeat business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and retail customers.
- Coordinate with the sales, design, production, accounts, packing, and delivery teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Maintain accurate enquiry records, quotations, customer databases, and follow-up schedules.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Perform other responsibilities assigned by the management.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English.



Basic Hindi communication is an added advantage.
- Friendly, polite, and professional communication skills over phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Strong customer service, persuasion, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to confidently recommend products and provide suitable gifting suggestions instead of simply collecting customer requirements.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
- Experience in customer service, client relationship management, telecalling, sales, or enquiry management is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude are welcome to apply.
