Role Description This is a full time remote role for an English Expert supporting working professionals, toddlers (domestic), and students of all grades in Indian regions.

The English

Expert will conduct online classes and one-on-one sessions, tailoring lesson plans to the needs of learners ranging from early childhood to advanced working professionals. Daily responsibilities include designing age-appropriate and level-appropriate curriculum, delivering engaging lessons, assessing language skills, and providing constructive feedback. The role involves creating interactive learning materials, supporting learners with speaking, reading, writing, and comprehension, and maintaining regular communication with parents, guardians, and adult learners regarding progress.

Expert will also collaborate with the academic team to refine teaching strategies and maintain high-quality standards in content and instruction.

Qualifications

Solid English Teaching skills, including lesson planning and classroom management across multiple age groups and proficiency levels.

Excellent Communication skills to interact clearly and respectfully with toddlers, school students, working professionals, and families.

Translation abilities in English and relevant Indian languages to support comprehension and context where needed.

Customer Service skills to manage inquiries, build trust with learners and guardians, and handle concerns professionally.

Training experience in designing and delivering structured language programs, workshops, and skill-building sessions.

Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field; formal teacher training or certifications (TESOL/TEFL) are an advantage.

Prior experience teaching diverse age groups or online tutoring in English, preferably within Indian educational contexts.

Comfort with digital platforms and e-learning tools, with reliable internet access for remote teaching.

Ability to adapt teaching approaches to different learning styles and cultural backgrounds, maintaining a patient and inclusive attitude.
