Role Description This is a full-time, in office role based at the Frankfinn Institute of Air Hostess Training in Raipur.

The English Communication

Trainer will conduct classroom sessions to enhance learners’ spoken and written English, including pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar, and fluency. The role involves designing and delivering lesson plans, creating training materials, and using interactive activities such as group discussions, role-plays, and presentations to build confidence. The trainer will assess learners’ progress through tests, assignments, and feedback sessions, and provide individual support where needed.





Collaborating with other trainers and the academic team to align content with Frankfinn’s curriculum and industry needs is also a key part of this role. Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Communication and Intercultural Communication skills to effectively engage diverse learner groups and support professional interaction standards.

Candidates should possess Training and Curriculum Development skills to design, deliver, and continuously improve structured English communication programs.

Candidates should possess Writing skills to create clear training materials, assessments, and learner feedback.

Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in English, Communication, Education, or a related field; formal training in ELT/TEFL/TESOL is an advantage.

Prior experience as a language trainer, soft skills trainer, or English faculty, preferably in aviation, hospitality, or service-oriented domains.

Ability to manage classroom dynamics, use audio-visual training tools, and maintain a supportive, inclusive learning environment.

Strong organizational skills, punctuality, and a professional demeanor aligned with service industry standards.
