Responsibilities 2-3 years of experience in recruiting engineering talent across various specialties (smechanical, electrical, civil, etc.).

Identify and attract engineering candidates through various sourcing methods.

Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.

Manage the recruitment process from start to finish.

Maintain relationships with candidates and provide feedback throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
