- US Client-Facing Experience (Mandatory)
- Excellent Communication Skills

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor engineering teams.
- Design and develop scalable Python APIs and backend services.
- Build and manage geospatial data ingestion pipelines.
- Drive architecture, code quality, and AWS-based deployments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and improve engineering processes.

Ideal Candidate





- 8–10 years of experience in Python backend development.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS, FastAPI, GIS, and data pipelines.
- Proven architecture and technical leadership experience.
- Experience working with US clients and leading engineering teams.
- Familiarity with AI tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude is a plus.
