Knowledge & Skills

- Inspection of raw material as per inspection plan /Drawing.
- GRN Closure in ERP/SAP.
- Maintenance of receiving inspection reports and documents
- Correspondence with supplier in case of RM defect & get SCAR
- Inspection plan preparations
- Preparation of AOI (Agreement of inspection) and sign off with supplier
- Coordination with other department like Engineering, Production, Purchase & Quality.
- DMR preparation process

Responsibilities

- GRN on time receiving inspection lot posting within 7 days
- Inspection of parts as per inspection plan and accuracy of reports.
- Documentation – Filing of hard & soft copy
- DMS, Portal & Computer – Uploading of COC, RIR, CQR immediately after inspection.
- Zero stoppage in FG dispatch due to COC, RIR, CQR issues
- On-time handing over of approved material within same day of UD posting
- GRN with proper stamp / traceability
- Rejected tag for NC parts:

- GRN Qty

- Entry/Acknowledgement in Stores’ logbook




- Proper usage of Vendor rejection location and adherence of DMR process
- Re-offer lots shall be cleared with Original GRN copy (Applicable to RI stage rejected parts, not applicable to shelf-life revalidation lots)
- Zero mistakes allowed & zero return of GRNs from Finance & Zero Supplier payment delay
- Preparation of SCAR and sending to supplier within same day of Inspection.
- Meeting or Con call with supplier to get the rejection acknowledgement for disposal and Corrective actions for NC parts & SCAR closure
- No Quality issues in production and No customer complaints and No Production halt hour
- Closure of Internal NCR for Production/Dispatch issues (Part Q issue & Document issue)
- Supplier visits – Q problem solving, Process audit, no rejection allowed at Hical if source inspection is done.
- IMTE – Management
- Gauge planning and ensure availability of gauges for mass production, Adhering budget planning & Procurement of planned measuring instruments, gauges etc.
- No usage of calibration overdue Instruments and Gauges
- Maintenance of Instruments and Gauges & Tracker updation
- Inspection plans created/corrected in SAP as per Drawing/TDS/Specification.
- Disposal of VRET rejection location
- Should have experience in CNC process.
