Role & responsibilities
- Implement and maintain QA/QC procedures, inspection plans, and quality documentation.
- Review engineering drawings, specifications, standards, and quality requirements.
- Conduct and coordinate stage-wise inspections during fabrication, assembly, and installation activities.
- Perform and/or witness NDT activities in line with ASNT Level II qualifications.
- Prepare, review, and maintain inspection reports, test reports, NCRs, and quality records.
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and customer specifications.
- Coordinate with production, engineering, and client representatives to resolve quality-related issues.
- Investigate non-conformities and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Participate in internal audits, client inspections, and third-party inspections.
- Monitor calibration status of measuring and testing equipment.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to safety and company quality policies at all times.
Mandatory Certification
- ASNT Level II certification in relevant NDT methods
