Location: Malad (Aspee), Mumbai
Job Description:
We are hiring for the Tata Digital - Frontend Process. The role involves handling customer interactions and providing support across various channels with professionalism and accuracy.
Requirements:
- Graduate with minimum 6 months of experience
- HSC or Graduate Freshers can also apply
- Excellent communication skills
- Immediate joiners preferred
Salary:
- Experienced: 25,000 CTC (20,000 in hand)
- Freshers: 22,000 CTC (19,000 in hand)
Shift Details:
- Rotational shifts between 9 AM - 10 PM for females
- 24x7 rotational shifts for males (any 9-hour shift)
- One rotational week off
