Job Title:

Senior Manager Operations

Job Summary:

Responsible for managing day-to-day supply chain and logistics operations, ensuring productive warehouse, transportation, and distribution activities while meeting customer service levels, operational KPIs, and cost targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily warehouse and transportation operations.

Ensure timely order processing, dispatch, and delivery as per SLAs.

Monitor inventory accuracy and warehouse productivity.

Implement SOPs and drive process improvement initiatives.

Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal departments.

Monitor operational KPIs and prepare MIS reports.

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and statutory requirements.

Lead and develop operations teams to improve performance.

Resolve operational issues and customer escalations.

Support cost optimization and resource planning initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.

812+ years of experience in shipping, logistics, 3PL, or supply chain operations, including team management experience.
