- Monitor and support UiPath automations in production
• Resolve incidents and service requests within SLA
• Manage robots, queues, schedules, and assets via UiPath Orchestrator
• Perform troubleshooting, RCA, and minor code/configuration fixes
• Support deployments, releases, and operational reporting
