The ideal candidate should have evolved from a Full Stack Developer into a technical leader with proven expertise in designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-grade applications. You should be passionate about building scalable software solutions while leveraging Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, and modern AI frameworks to solve real-world business challenges.

As a Technical Lead, you will be expected to lead by example through hands-on development, architecture design, technical mentorship, and engineering best practices while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality AI-powered applications.

About the Role

Mobiloitte Technologies is seeking a Technical Lead with extensive experience in Full Stack Engineering and modern AI technologies.

The ideal candidate should possess solid software engineering fundamentals, hands-on coding expertise, and the ability to architect scalable enterprise applications. You will work closely with engineering teams, product stakeholders, and clients to design and deliver innovative AI-enabled software solutions while mentoring developers and driving technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design and development of enterprise-scale Full Stack applications.
- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions.
- Develop and integrate Generative AI, LLMs, RAG,



AI Agents, and intelligent automation into enterprise products.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership through coding, code reviews, debugging, and solution architecture.
- Design and develop RESTful APIs, Microservices, and distributed systems.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, and Business Teams to convert business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Mentor Software Engineers and conduct technical reviews to maintain engineering quality.
- Drive Agile development practices, CI/CD adoption, DevOps culture, and coding standards.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend suitable solutions for enterprise adoption.
- Ensure timely delivery while maintaining high-quality engineering standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 7+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise software development.
- Strong expertise in Python, Node.js, Java, or .NET.
- Hands-on experience with React.js, Angular, Vue.js, or similar frontend frameworks.
- Strong experience in REST APIs, Microservices, Authentication, and Distributed Systems.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, or other relational/NoSQL databases.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Hands-on knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
