Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate Senior Engineer Mechanical Development with hands-on experience in Engine Development to join our engineering team. The role involves the development, testing, validation, and optimization of engine systems and components to achieve performance, fuel efficiency, emissions compliance, durability, and reliability targets.

The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in engine development and be capable of taking ownership of engine components while delivering high-quality engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and validate engine systems and mechanical components.
- Support engine design, testing, calibration, and performance improvement activities.
- Conduct durability and reliability evaluations to ensure product quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during prototype development and validation.
- Analyze test data and recommend design improvements.




- Drive technical issues to closure while ensuring timely project deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with quality, performance, and engineering standards.

Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in Engine Development and Testing.
- Strong understanding of engine systems, component development, and validation.
- Experience in engine performance, durability, and reliability testing.
- Ability to analyze technical data and recommend engineering improvements.
- Strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.
