Employee Experience Manager

Location: Mylapore, Chennai | Work Mode: On-site | Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

We are looking for an Employee Experience Manager to strengthen employee engagement, workplace culture, and overall employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

Drive employee engagement and culture-building initiatives.

Conduct regular employee one-on-ones and feedback sessions.

Support employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance handling.

Work closely with leadership and managers on people-related matters.

Improve employee retention, motivation, and workplace satisfaction.

Support performance management and employee development initiatives.

Plan team activities, recognition programs, and employee events.

Identify employee concerns and implement practical solutions.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, Employee Experience, or a similar role.

Solid communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.

Ability to build trust with employees and leadership.

Experience in employee engagement and people management.

Strong ownership, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
