Program Manager – Employee Experience & Engagement | Bangalore / Hyderabad / Pune (Hybrid)

We're hiring a Program Manager to drive high-impact employee engagement initiatives, executive programs, and cross-functional strategic projects within a leading global technology organization.

We're looking for professionals with:

- MBA with 4+ years of Program Management / Consulting experience
- Background in Accenture, Big 4, MBB , or other reputed consulting firms preferred
- Experience leading Townhalls, Hackathons, All Hands, Leadership Events , or large employee engagement programs
- Robust stakeholder management with the ability to influence without authority
- Exceptional communication and executive presence
- Immediate to 15-day notice preferred
