Tvaram is a Bangalore-based tech startup building several standalone SaaS brands - from email infrastructure and marketing automation to voice AI and data intelligence. We've built our own email stack in-house: InboxReady (warmup), InboxValid (validation), and MailTitan (transactional & promotional sending infra). This isn't a reseller setup - we own the infrastructure end-to-end, and the person in this role will operate it directly. The Role

We're looking for an Email Deliverability Specialist to own inbox placement across our own infrastructure and our clients' sending. You'll be the person who knows why mail lands in spam before anyone else notices, and fixes it before it becomes a pattern. You'll also be the technical face to clients and agencies - onboarding them onto our platforms, consulting on their sending strategy, and translating their real-world deliverability problems into product feedback for the team that built the infra.

This isn't a marketing-ops role. It's a technical specialty sitting at the intersection of email infra, sender reputation, ISP-side signals, and client-facing consultation - with direct access to the founding engineers who built MailTitan, InboxReady, and InboxValid. What You'll Own

→ Domain & IP warmup strategy - new sending infrastructure ramped correctly, every time

→ Authentication stack - SPF, DKIM, DMARC, BIMI configured and monitored across all sending domains

→ Sender reputation monitoring - Google Postmaster Tools, Microsoft SNDS, Validity/Talos, blacklist checks

→ List hygiene - validation, bounce handling, suppression lists, engagement-based segmentation





→ Cold email & cold outreach infra - mailbox rotation, sending limits, content/spam-trigger review

→ Diagnosing deliverability drops - bounce codes, ISP feedback loops, spam complaint thresholds, IP/domain reputation decay

→ Client & agency onboarding - getting new clients live on InboxReady, InboxValid, and MailTitan correctly from day one

→ Technical sales & consultation - advising clients/agencies directly on sending strategy, list quality, and infra setup as a trusted technical voice, not just support

→ Product feedback loop - coordinating directly with the founding tech team to flag what the platform needs, what's breaking at scale, and where the product should evolve based on real client behavior What You Must Know SPF, DKIM, DMARC, BIMI - not just "set it up once," but ongoing monitoring and adjustment

Google Postmaster Tools - domain/IP reputation, spam rate thresholds, feedback loop interpretation

How Gmail, Outlook/Microsoft, and Yahoo filtering algorithms actually weigh signals - engagement, complaint rate, list quality, sending consistency

Mailbox & domain warmup - ramp schedules, volume curves, engagement simulation, what "too fast" actually looks like

Cold email mechanics - deliverability-safe sending cadence, mailbox rotation, content patterns that trigger spam filters

List management - validation, hard/soft bounce handling, re-engagement vs. suppression decisions





Reading and acting on bounce codes, complaint rates, and blacklist delistings (Spamhaus, Barracuda, etc.)

Comfortable operating warmup, validation, and sending platforms daily - not just understanding them conceptually Who We're Looking For

Hands-on experience running deliverability for real sending volume - not theory, not a course certificate

Has personally fixed a sender reputation problem, not just read about one

Understands ESPs and MTAs at a working level (Gmail/Workspace, Outlook, SES, or similar)

Comfortable being client-facing - can explain deliverability concepts to non-technical agency owners and hold their own in a technical sales conversation

Bonus: experience with cold outreach tooling (Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, or similar) or running warmup/validation tools as an operator

Bonus: exposure to building or working alongside a transactional/relay MTA stack Why This Role Direct founder access.
