Role Description This full time Elementary School Teacher role is an on-site position located in Ahmedabad. The teacher will plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons, aligned with the school’s curriculum and learning objectives, across core subjects for elementary-grade students. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, teaching classes, assessing student progress, managing classroom behavior, and providing individual support to students as needed.

The role involves collaborating with other teachers and school staff, maintaining clear communication with families, and participating in school events, meetings, and professional development activities.



The teacher is expected to create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom setting that supports diverse learning needs.

Qualifications Ability to design and implement effective lesson plans, with skills in Curriculum Development and Elementary Education.

Strong instructional capabilities, including Teaching experience in primary or elementary school settings.

Excellent Communication skills for interacting with students, families, and colleagues, and for maintaining clear documentation.

Educational background in Education or a related field, with relevant training in pedagogy and child development.

Prior classroom experience at the elementary level and familiarity with age-appropriate teaching methods.

Capacity to manage classroom dynamics, support diverse learners, and promote an inclusive learning environment.

Organizational and time-management skills to handle lesson planning, grading, and school responsibilities.

Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
