Job Title: Electrical Supervisor

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of electricians, ensuring compliance with safety standards, maintaining electrical systems, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of electricians and technicians.

- Plan, assign, and monitor electrical installation, maintenance, and repair work.

- Ensure all electrical work complies with safety regulations, company policies, and statutory standards.

- Troubleshoot electrical faults and ensure timely resolution to minimize downtime.

- Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical documents.

- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical equipment and systems.

- Inspect completed work to ensure quality and compliance with project specifications.

- Maintain records of maintenance activities, equipment inspections, and inventory.

- Coordinate with production, maintenance, and project teams for smooth execution of work.

- Ensure the availability of required tools, materials, and spare parts.

- Train and guide electricians on protected work practices and technical procedures.

- Monitor contractor performance and ensure work is completed within timelines.

Required Qualifications





- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

- Electrical Supervisor License/Certification (preferred, as applicable).

- 38 years of experience in electrical maintenance or supervision.

- Experience in industrial, manufacturing, commercial, or construction environments is preferred.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, motors, panels, transformers, and power distribution.

- Ability to read electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.

- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Leadership and team management abilities.

- Knowledge of electrical safety standards and preventive maintenance.

- Excellent communication and coordination skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office and maintenance documentation.

Preferred Experience

- Experience with PLCs, VFDs, MCC panels, DG sets, and HT/LT electrical systems.

- Familiarity with preventive maintenance software or CMMS.

- Knowledge of energy management and electrical compliance standards.

Working Conditions

- Manufacturing Plant / Industrial Facility / Construction Site.

- Rotational shifts may be required based on operational needs.

- Must be willing to respond to emergency maintenance requirements.
