: The Role As a Senior Electrical Engineer with Worley, you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc. Perform hands-on analytical evaluations to assess system performance, diagnose technical issues, and implement corrective actions. Ensure compliance with international standards such as IEC, IEEE, NEC, and NEMA, embedding safety, reliability, and cybersecurity.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on standardization, digitization, engineering quality, lessons learned, and operational excellence. Provide clear communication and leadership in technical reviews, project meetings, stakeholder interactions,



and documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical knowledge sharing.

About You To be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess the following attributes: The Senior Electrical Engineer will be having 10-18 years of experience in design & engineering of Oil & Gas, petrochemical, chemical and current energy projects. Deep expertise in electrical engineering, including HV/LV system design, equipment sizing, protection & control philosophies, grounding/earthing, lightning protection, load flow, short-circuit, and arc-flash studies.

Experience developing technical specifications, single-line diagrams (SLDs), GA/layouts, cable routing plans, vendor evaluations, and engineering documents for PDCs, switchgears, transformers, MCCs, UPS, drives, and related systems.
