Role & responsibilities

Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical systems, equipment, and machinery.

- Monitor and troubleshoot electrical faults in production lines, utilities, and plant infrastructure.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory regulations, and company policies.
- Plan and execute scheduled maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
- Supervise junior technicians & operator to providing guidance and training.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, breakdown analysis, and spare parts inventory.
- Coordinate with production and engineering teams to support operational efficiency.
- Implement energy conservation measures and suggest improvements for electrical systems.
- Support installation and commissioning of recent equipment.
- Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)



for electrical maintenance tasks.
- Maintain compliance with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) and other regulatory requirements.
- Implement and monitor corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for recurring issues.
- Ensure documentation aligns with QMS requirements for traceability and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the Quality team to integrate maintenance processes into the overall QMS framework.
- Train team members on documentation practices and QMS compliance

- Maintain proper documentation of maintenance, calibration, and qualification activities as per GMP standards.
