Role & responsibilities

1. Ensure Corrective actions on QA /QC Laboratory reports for world class quality products.

2) Temperature, Power Consumption and Process Control like electrode consumption, Production rate, OLTC Tap Changing, stack emissions , Furnace Draughts, Flue gases blockages, RM Antracite feeding issues.
- Coordinate Anthracite Crushing & screening operations in RM areas & problem solving.

1. Sorting of Production batches / Making of dispatch Lots in the FG yard as per customer requirements.
2. Ensuring Corrective actions on various alarms generated from SCADA & DCS alarms,

6) Controlling Loaders, Hydra, Dumpers & BOB Cat operations.
1. Ensure adherence to ECA Furnace - SOPs, quality targets, and safety compliance. 8)



Coordinate with the dispatch team & facilitate material handling at yards.

9) Power Cost , Manpower cost, Refractory cost & electrode consumption cost record keeping & corrective / preventive actions.
- Monitoring Utility systems, Electrical , Mechanical & Field Instrumentation systems .

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate with academic background in B.E/B.Tech /Diploma in Mechanical OR Electrical Background. He should have prior working experience in any ECA operations /Ferro Alloys Furnance Handling role.
