Role Description The Early Childhood Educator will design and deliver daily learning experiences that support the developmental needs of young children, including play-based activities, group lessons, and individualized support.

Responsibilities include planning and organizing the classroom workplace, maintaining daily routines, observing and documenting children’s progress, and ensuring a safe, inclusive, and hygienic setting. The educator will communicate regularly with families, collaborate with colleagues, and participate in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance program quality. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai,



requiring consistent presence during scheduled operating hours and active engagement with children throughout the day.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to work collaboratively with children, families, and colleagues.

Candidates should possess knowledge of Early Childhood Development and experience Working With Children in a structured learning environment.

Candidates should possess Creativity Skills to design engaging, age-appropriate activities and learning materials.

Candidates should possess solid Organization Skills to manage classroom routines, resources, and documentation effectively.

Relevant diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is highly beneficial.

Experience in preschool or early years settings and familiarity with child safety and safeguarding practices are advantageous.

Ability to communicate clearly in English and local languages, with strong observation and record-keeping skills.
