Role Description The Early Childhood Educator will design and deliver daily learning experiences that support the developmental needs of young children, including play-based activities, group lessons, and individualized support.

Responsibilities include planning and organizing the classroom environment, maintaining daily routines, observing and documenting children’s progress, and ensuring a safe, inclusive, and hygienic setting. The educator will communicate regularly with families, collaborate with colleagues, and participate in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance program quality. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai,



requiring consistent presence during scheduled operating hours and active engagement with children throughout the day.

- Relevant diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is highly beneficial.
- Experience in preschool or early years settings and familiarity with child safety and safeguarding practices are advantageous.
- Ability to communicate clearly in English and local languages, with strong observation and record-keeping skills.
