About the Role

We are looking for an experienced E-commerce & Marketplace Operations Manager to lead our marketplace operations and coordinate day-to-day execution across our D2C business. The role involves managing a small team, ensuring smooth marketplace operations, improving catalogue quality, and driving marketplace growth through effective execution.

Experience Required

- 3+ years of relevant experience in E-commerce/Marketplace Operations
- Prior experience managing marketplaces for a D2C brand
- Experience leading or coordinating a small team is preferred

Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day marketplace operations across all sales channels
- Manage and guide the Marketplace Executive and Customer Support Executive
- Product listings and catalogue management (Amazon A+, Flipkart RPD, video cataloguing, keyword research)
- Plan and execute marketplace ads, promotions, deals, and coupons
- Monitor advertising performance and prepare reports




- Coordinate inventory, order processing, and warehouse operations
- Ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer experience across marketplaces
- Analyze marketplace performance and recommend improvements

What We're Looking For
- Strong understanding of Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, and Nykaa seller panels
- Hands-on experience with catalogue management and marketplace advertising
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of leading a small team
- Experience in the fashion, apparel, beauty, or lifestyle industry is preferred
