About the Role

Cybrom is looking for a passionate and experienced DSA Trainer to mentor students in Data Structures, Algorithms, Problem Solving, and Coding Interview Preparation. The trainer will be responsible for delivering industry-oriented training, conducting coding sessions, and preparing students for placements at leading product and service-based companies.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging classroom and online sessions on DSA concepts.
- Teach Arrays, Linked Lists, Stacks, Queues, Trees, Graphs, Hashing, Heaps, and Dynamic Programming.
- Train students in algorithm design and optimisation techniques.
- Conduct coding challenges, mock interviews, and hackathons.
- Guide students on platforms such as LeetCode, HackerRank, and CodeChef.
- Evaluate assignments, projects, and coding assessments.
- Support students in placement preparation and interview readiness.





Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of C++, Java, or Python.
- Excellent understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms.
- Experience with competitive programming or coding interview preparation.
- Robust communication and mentoring skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for students.

Qualification
- B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA, BCA, or related degree.
- 1–5+ years of experience in DSA training, software development, or technical mentoring.

Preferred
- Experience training students for product-based company interviews.
- Active coding profile on LeetCode, CodeChef, Codeforces, or HackerRank.
- Experience conducting coding contests and hackathons.
