Key Responsibilities

- Act as an intermediary between shipowners and charterers to arrange the transportation of dry bulk cargo.
- Identify and secure business opportunities in the global dry bulk market.
- Negotiate terms and finalize charter party agreements.
- Monitor market trends, freight rates, and industry developments to provide clients with valuable insights.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with shipowners, charterers, and other stakeholders.
- Handle post-fixture operations, ensuring smooth execution of agreements.




- Maintain accurate records of transactions and provide regular updates to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align on strategies and achieve company objectives.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Dry Bulk Shipbroker or in a similar role in the shipping industry.
- In-depth knowledge of the dry bulk market, vessel types, and cargoes.
- Solid negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and provide strategic advice.
- A proactive, results-driven mindset with strong organizational skills.
- Established network of contacts within the shipping and dry bulk sectors.
- Proficiency in relevant tools and platforms used in shipbroking.
