Job Summary

We are looking for a Director – Growth Marketing to lead our end-to-end growth strategy across customer acquisition, retention, product marketing, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM). This role will own the growth funnel, drive pipeline and revenue targets, lead a high-performing team, and partner with Sales and Product to execute data-driven go-to-market strategies. The ideal candidate is a strategic marketing leader with strong CRM, analytics, forecasting, and budget management expertise, focused on delivering scalable and measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

● Own the full growth funnel strategy: acquisition, retention/renewal, product marketing, and ABM

● Set and hit pipeline, retention, and revenue-influenced targets

● Lead and develop a small team of direct reports

● Report growth metrics and forecasts to executive leadership

● Set quarterly OKRs for each function under Growth and track progress

● Partner with Sales leadership on pipeline quality and account targeting

● Identify and prioritize growth experiments across the funnel

● Own acquisition and R&R; targets with the ISRs, SDRs and the account management teams





● Work closely with the product team to structure GTM strategies for new products and features

● Own the growth marketing budget and allocate it across functions

● Identify creative ideas to attract and retain customers across

● Represent Growth in cross-functional leadership planning sessions

Required Skills

● 8 years in growth or performance marketing, including 3 years in a leadership role

● Track record owning acquisition-to-retention funnel metrics

● Experience overseeing ABM and product marketing functions

● Solid analytical and forecasting skills

● Experience building and defending a growth marketing budget

● Hands on CRM experience is a must
