We are looking for a results-driven Meta Ads Specialist to manage and scale our Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns, driving high-quality leads and maximizing return on ad spend.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, create, launch, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.

Generate qualified leads while maintaining target CPL (Cost Per Lead) and ROAS.

Build audience strategies using custom audiences, lookalike audiences, retargeting, and interest-based targeting.

Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, audiences, and campaign objectives.

Monitor campaign performance daily and make data-driven optimizations.

Work closely with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives and messaging.

Analyze campaign metrics including CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL, conversion rate, and ROAS.

Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

Stay updated with Meta platform changes, advertising policies, and industry best practices.

Collaborate with the sales team to improve lead quality and campaign performance.

Requirements

2–5 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads.





Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Business Manager.

Proven experience generating leads through Facebook and Instagram campaigns.

Experience with audience segmentation, remarketing, and conversion optimization.

Ability to analyze campaign data and make performance-based decisions.

Familiarity with Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and event tracking.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and organizational abilities.

Preferred Skills

Experience running campaigns for luxury, weddings, hospitality, lifestyle, or premium brands.

Basic understanding of Google Analytics and landing page optimization.

Knowledge of creative testing frameworks and copywriting for paid ads.

Experience working with high-value lead generation campaigns.
