About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of creativity and strategy. You'll be responsible for growing ThermaNex's digital presence, creating compelling content, improving our website's visibility, and supporting lead generation through digital marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow our presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
Create engaging social media posts, reels, graphics, product creatives, and basic promotional videos.
Develop and maintain monthly content calendars aligned with marketing objectives.
Manage and regularly update the company website with new products, blogs, certifications, and company updates.
Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings.
Write SEO-optimized blogs, website content, product descriptions, newsletters, and marketing copy.
Monitor website traffic, campaign performance, and social media analytics using Google Analytics and related tools.
Research industry trends and competitor activities to recommend new marketing strategies.
Work closely with the sales and product teams to create marketing campaigns that generate quality leads.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media management. (Freshers with an excellent portfolio are encouraged to apply.)
Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, WordPress, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite, and SEO fundamentals.
Strong writing, communication, and creative problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced workplace.
