About The Role Hentech Engineering Solution is looking for a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive to strengthen our online presence, generate high-quality leads, and execute result-oriented digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SEO, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, and Lead Generation with a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.

Manage SEO activities to improve website ranking and organic traffic.

Create, schedule, and manage engaging content for social media platforms.

Plan and execute Google Ads campaigns to generate qualified leads.

Monitor campaign performance and optimize ROI.

Generate and nurture leads through digital marketing channels.

Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead conversion.

Manage website content updates and landing pages.

Track website traffic, campaign performance, and prepare MIS reports.

Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.

Eligibility Criteria

MBA / BBA / B.Tech from a recognized institution.

2–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing.

Proven experience in SEO, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, and Lead Generation.

Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience using marketing tools.

Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Preferred Skills Knowledge of WordPress or CMS platforms.

Experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar design tools.

Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is an added advantage.

Experience with CRM and Marketing Automation tools.
