About the Role We are looking for an experienced Marketing Head to lead and scale our digital marketing function.

You will oversee multiple marketing functions including SEO, Paid Advertising, Content Marketing, Social Media, Email Marketing, and Marketing Operations, while managing a team of specialists to deliver measurable business growth. The ideal candidate is highly strategic, data-driven, and capable of executing campaigns while mentoring and leading a high-performing marketing team.

Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the company's overall digital marketing strategy across client accounts and internal products.

Oversee and mentor teams working on SEO, Content Marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media, Email Marketing, and Performance Marketing.

Develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive qualified leads, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

Analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics 4, Search Console, Looker Studio, Meta Business Suite, and other reporting platforms.

Work closely with the Sales, Design, Development,



and Product teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.

Develop SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and website performance.

Lead paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, continuously optimizing for performance. Requirements

2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, with experience in a leadership or team management role.

Strong expertise in SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Performance Marketing, Lead Generation, and Conversion Optimization.

Proven experience leading and managing cross-functional marketing teams.

Strong understanding of B2B marketing, SaaS marketing, and IT services marketing.

Excellent analytical, communication, leadership, and project management skills.

Ability to manage multiple campaigns, clients, and internal projects simultaneously.

Experience working in a remote workplace with distributed teams is preferred.
