Role Description This is a full-time, in office Digital Marketing and Communication role based in Bhubaneswar. The team member will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and other online channels, aligned with brand objectives. Day-to-day tasks include creating and managing content calendars, crafting copy and visual briefs, monitoring campaign performance, and optimizing strategies based on analytics.

The role also involves coordinating with designers, videographers, and account managers to ensure consistent brand messaging and timely delivery of marketing assets. The individual is expected to stay updated on digital trends, propose new ideas for audience engagement,



and support overall communication strategies for clients and internal initiatives.

Qualifications

Strong skills in social media management, online campaign execution, and basic performance tracking using digital analytics tools.

Ability to develop clear, engaging marketing copy and communication materials across formats such as posts, emails, and short-form content.

Experience in coordinating with creative teams, managing timelines, and handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with brand storytelling, basic content strategy, and audience engagement best practices in digital platforms.

Effective verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail and consistency in brand tone.

Comfort working on-site, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and participating in client meetings as needed.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred; relevant work experience in digital marketing or agency environments is an advantage.
