We are hiring for Dialer Support Executive profile

Location- Salt Lake ,Sector-5 ( In office )

Experience- -2-5 years

Minimum Qualification: 10+2 passed from a recognized Board/University.

Roles & Responsibility:

- Campaign Management: Create, configure, and update outbound dialing campaigns, filters, and rules
- Data Operations: Upload, download, and segment customer lead lists and contact databases securely.
- Real-Time Monitoring: Track live call metrics, agent availability, drop/abandon rates, and idle time to maximize floor efficiency.
- Reporting & Analysis: Generate daily and weekly performance reports on contact rates, list penetration, and campaign outcomes
- Troubleshooting: Identify technical glitches or system errors in VoIP/dialer software and escalate or resolve them with IT vendors
