Role Overview

The Diamond Operations Lead is responsible for managing end-to-end diamond operations, including procurement, sorting, grading, inventory management, quality assurance, and timely supply to production while ensuring cost optimization and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead daily diamond operations and team management.
- Manage procurement, sorting, grading, and allocation of diamonds.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and stock reconciliation.
- Coordinate with Production, Design, Merchandising, and Procurement teams.
- Monitor diamond quality as per company standards.
- Develop and maintain supplier relationships.
- Ensure compliance with ethical sourcing practices.
- Prepare inventory and operational reports.
- Drive process improvements to increase efficiency.

Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline; Diploma/Gemology certification preferred.
- 5–8 years of experience in diamond operations.
- Strong knowledge of diamond grading and inventory management.
- Good leadership and analytical skills.
